Dogs are our business!
Wayne Booth, our Training Director, and Owner of the business, has actively been training dogs over the last three decades. Wayne is a Master Trainer and Canine Behavior Specialist, and he founded one of the internationally recognized dog training academies. Today he is the Director and Founder of the Canine Behavior Specialists Network, where he actively trains individuals worldwide on how to become successful dog trainers and behavior specialists.
Over the years, Wayne has worked with and trained many dogs in private obedience classes as well as group classes. He has also trained hundreds of dogs personally dedicated to law enforcement that serve in more than 40 states, along with many foreign countries and the service dogs that work with disabled people and the hearing impaired.
Wayne particularly enjoys assisting people in training their dogs on how to become upstanding members of the family. Wayne believes that a “trained dog is a happy dog,” and for this reason, a welcomed loved and respected part of your home and family. He also feels that any behavior issues form an essential portion of all training programs. He is one of the Approved Evaluators for the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and AKC (American Kennel Club) Program, where he provides the CGC and AKC test periodically.
Over the past 10 years, aggression in dogs is a niche that he is the most active in. He has assisted hundreds of families with rehabilitating their pets and making them a good member of the family with the use of his behavior modification programs and training methods.
Wayne routinely conducts seminars and training classes for humane organizations, police departments, and other types of training facilities along with training people that are about to enter the dog training and behavior industry.
Wayne is an expert dog trainer and an entrepreneur, teacher, published author, and of course, an avid dog lover. His passion and dedication to training upcoming dog trainers are easy to see in programs that he has personally created to assist new trainers in learning the skills needed for training dogs.
